Monarchy In Ancient Egypt
In Social Studies, we have been doing a research topic about the government we chose. The topic that I choose is the Monarchy in Ancient Egypt.
In Ancient Egypt, the government was a very theoric monarchy. The leader of Ancient Egypt was called a Pharaoh. Pharaoh is the ruler in Egypt, Pharaoh is the most important and powerful in the country of Egypt. Pharaoh is in charge to lead the people in his country. Before Egypt had many local kings, each place in Egypt has a king that can be ruled but no one had ever ruled entire Egypt. But suddenly someone came and rule the entire City, his name is Namer also known ‘Menes’.

Film Study || Coraline || Recap
For the second time we watched the movie, Coraline, we take note of what we saw and what kind of camera technique they use and what we can see in the movie. We also taking notes if they use any colour and what type of colour they use.
(Sorry, I tried my best to change the size but it's difficult)

Coraline
What do I remember about the film?
I remember when Coraline first meets the other parents she was surprised when she the eyes of the other parent because their eyes are not normal it's a button.
I also remember, when Coraline is eager to find her parents and she realizes that her parents are important for her. The scariest for me is when the evil other mother starting to transform into something like a skeleton and the sound effect is give me surprised when the scene is scary.
The part that interests me is when Coraline starting to figure out what is going on and when she realizes that the evil other parents are evil.

Camera Techniques || Film Study
LO: Define and use the language film.
What am I learning?
Different types of Camera Techniques.
How does this work show my learning?
By explaining each one of them.
What am I wondering as a result of this learning?
Which camera shot or angle is commonly used in films?

Diffusion
The Behavior of Matter - Diffusion
When gas particles, like the perfumes in a can of deodorant, are released into a room they are free to move in any direction. Eventually, they will spread throughout the entire room. The scientist called this diffusion.
Aim:
To observe diffusion in a liquid.
Hypothesis:
The crystal will dissolve and the colour of the crystal will spread in the water.
Equipment:
Petri dish, tweezers, a crystal of potassium permanganate.
Method:
1. Half fill your petri dish with cold tap water.
2. Place the petri dish on your workbench and allow the water to become settled.
3. Using the tweezers, place a single crystal of potassium permanganate in the centre of the petri dish.
4. Observe for 5 minutes.
5. Repeat the experiment using hot water.
Observation:
In cold water - It takes a while to spread around with cold water.
In hot water - It's quickly spread around. t has little bubbles in the middle of the crystal.
Explanation:
The potassium permanganate crystal spread quickly because the warm water can make the particle move faster than the cold water.
