-The town has changed a lot, It wasn't like that before, many things happened. The town has no electricity it's been cut, the houses are empty no one is in their house, many incidents happen of the road. The road is filled with soldiers and trucks.
5. What impact does the BMW have on the story? Does Chris seem lonely? Explain your answer?
-The BMW car has a really great impact on the story because it helps them to escape when the first car they used is been shot in the tyre. Yes, Chris seems lonely because since the war started his been by himself, he spent a week having no contact with anyone and seating and watching from the tree.
6. What is Homer’s explanation for the need to swap cars at Chris Lang’s place? What does this show about the way he is thinking?
- His explanation of switching car at Chris Lang's place was to get a four-wheel car and used it to go up to Hell. Instead of using the BMW(the car they used to get to Chris Lang's place) they will switch with the olive-green Mercedes(the one in Chris Lang's garage). Instead of leaving the BMW sitting in front of Chris house, one person will drove the BMW to the upper dam and then push it until it ran down the slope. Leaving the BMW car in front of the house is dangerous because if soldiers patrol in that area they might burn the house and harmful things can happen to the owner of the house. This plan shows that Homer is really thinking and scheming tactically.
7. What are your thoughts on the story so far...
-The story is really interesting and mysterious, I think many things gonna happened for the next chapters.
